Made up of approximately 90 homes and home sites, Bellair subdivision is located in the town of Ivy, Virginia. The bulk of the homes within this neighborhood were built in the 1950s and 1960s; however, there has been steady development within the community, with the most recent homes being built in 2010. Single family homes are common throughout Bellair, and the residences are situated on large wooded lots with expansive yards. Privacy is at a maximum throughout the neighborhood, thanks to the single entrance from the main road. Residents enjoy a strong sense of community and a fantastic network of neighbors in Bellair, and this adds to the overall appeal of the area. The subdivision benefits from the direction of a homeowner’s association and has plenty of communal green space for the enjoyment of residents. One such highlight of Bellair is the pond, which adds a great ambiance to the neighborhood. Further, Bellair is located just minutes from the University of Virginia campus, as well as many of Charlottesville’s prominent areas.
