This older, established area is set right off of Route 250 and is situated to the west of Charlottesville. The Ivy neighborhood of Flordon has a more country feel than many of the surrounding regions, yet is located just 3 1/2 miles from the University of Virginia campus and minutes away from the area’s most enticing attractions.
