This older, established area is set right off of Route 250 and is situated to the west of Charlottesville. The Ivy neighborhood of Flordon has a more country feel than many of the surrounding regions, yet is located just 3 1/2 miles from the University of Virginia campus and minutes away from the area’s most enticing attractions. There are approximately 80 homes in this Ivy subdivision, of which, the bulk were built between 1960 and 1980.
