    Made up of three communities in one picturesque area, Grayrock is a welcoming neighborhood in western Albemarle County. The oldest of the three subdivisions, Grayrock, was established in the year 1999. Grayrock also includes Grayrock North, which was built only a few years after. Between the two communities there are a total of 152 single-family homes. The third sub-area within Grayrock – Grayrock West – is still under development by Ryan Homes.
