Mill Creek South is a neighborhood in the southside of Charlottesville off of Avon St Extended built by Craig Builders. There are a mixture of attached homes and single-family residences in a quaint wooded setting with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. The neighborhood has over 200 homes. The Mill Creek neighborhood is split into two distinctive subdivisions: Mill Creek and Mill Creek South and are both housed within the same Home Owners Association, which works to create an enticing and tranquil environment for residents.
